Black Star Farms Pairing w/ Chef Eric Peterson

Thursday May 4th @ 6pm in The Front Room

Chef Eric Peterson along with Black Star Farms Representative Kim Zacharias have collaborated in creating the perfect pairing menu to accompany some of Black Star Farms amazing wines. As we explore each course Kim & Eric will share with you why they have chosen each dish and glass. It will be a wonderful journey from beginning to end and we would love to have you and someone you love join us!

App: Herb Encrusted Crab Cake w/ Roasted Red Pepper and Chive Aioli

Salad: Crispy Kale and Thyme Roasted Chicken Caesar

Entree: Wild Mushroom and Duck Confit Risotto w/ Prosciutto and Truffle

Dessert: Caramelized Apple Bread Pudding w/ Brown Butter Sauce
